And Pike, I'm with you...squeal day, rushees, actives...can't teach an old dog new tricks...still working on my cell phone technology!

Most girls don't choose old row, old row chooses them. LOL
Here is a good chart that shows the range:

If that link doesn't work let me know and i'll copy/paste.

You know, several years back, UA had its last sorority rush where the sisters stood outside their houses holding candles and serenaded the new members as they rushed to the houses after receiving their bids at dusk.
I had a chance to attend that.
Shoulda ... coulda ...

How long does it normally take for Alabama to post its list from bid day.

Oh I'm sorry, I thought you were seriously asking for the difference in fees among houses.

No. You answered my question nicely by saying that Old Row chose them.
My grandmother was a Kappa at Ohio Wesleyan, so that made me a legacy when I went through rush. Sometimes I forget that legacies are nearly a thing of the past now.
Even I realize that the children born of the 1980-90's college-era parents are for the most part non-Greek. Yet they supply the current Greek system with the fodder to survive another generation.
What we need to do is to insure that this generation of Greeks have reason to yield yet another generation. We can do this by cultivating their college experiences in a concerted manner.
Yep! You who were Greek before need to stay involved!

Last year and in previous years, it was up within hours. Don't know why it's taking so long now...

I cannot even get Alabama's website to open. Is this just my own personal problem? Or is this a problem for many?

That was actually Serious Night (now called Preference and it is in the afternoon). We stood outside in our white dresses and sang by candlelight to the rushees on their last night of Rush Week. After bids were received the next afternoon, it was mass chaos (as us oldies called it Squeal Day) and fun...no candles.
