D.I.Y.: Bad Boy's Da Band Answers Your Questions

Posted September 3, 2003-- BET.com recently got the chance to sit down with the six member band that P. Diddy has made famous through his reality show "Making The Band 2." We asked Freddy, Ness, Babs, Sara, Chopper and Freddy the questions you had for them. Check out what they had to say.
Flamboyany2002: When is Da Band coming out with an album?
Babs: The album drops September 30th. We're about to go on tour with Pharell and The Roots for "The Sprite Remix Tour." We also gonna do "Making Of The Video." So we got a lot of big things coming. "TRL" and "106." It's over from there. We reppin' it.
Favorable: How do yall feel about having so many people in the group?
It's all good, It's the love. It's a big family. We're an allstar team with lot of creative minds.
robi3614: Dear Babs, you are fine as hell and I was wondering if you were single?
Babs: Yes, I'm single.
Honey92000: there is another cat from New Orleans with the name Choppa, I believe ya'll from the same hood. Is there any beef?
Chopper: I see him around sometimes but you know how the game goes. He's Chopper. I'm the real Choppa City. You can believe that.
RD's sidenote: When did he become "the real Choppa City"?

NSUShrty: Why does it seem like every episode y'all fighting or in an argument?
Freddy:That's how the TV made it [look]. Some of the fighting only took place the first two or three weeks we were there. But it's all good. At the end of the show y'all see how we all joined together how it came along and how well developed the album is.
dmr9496: Sara I'm happy that you going for your dream but how do you deal without being around your kids and does P.Diddy let the kids visit you off camera?
Sara: It's hard. I'm not gonna lie, it's real hard to be away from my kids. That's the hardest thing for me. Sometimes I don't even know if i can take it. I just keep going. It's that drive and that love of music that keeps me going and my husband -- he's the one that usually brings the kids up for me to see when I'm going nuts and I cant take it no more. It's all on me and him. We do it together.
Anaya3235: Dylan, is it hard to blend it in with the rest of the group?
Dylan: No, not anymore because Rap and Hip Hop and Reggae music are like brothers, and cousins and all that so it's the same kind of thing. Spitting bars and everything else. Right now I found my niche I think is the right word so I know how to blend in with the family.
Scarfox: Do any of you keep in touch with Mysterious & did she make a guest appearnce on the album?
Babs: I do and yeah, she's on the album.
Mannie Frizzle 2003 : During the show did yall think P. Diddy was kind of harsh in telling the truth?
Freddy: Naww. Can't no man be that hard when he trying to get you to the place where you never been before. It's his work ethic. A lot of people have to deal with it everyday but we get to go home sometimes and we get to take a break. If you wanna get somewhere then you gonna listen to that person regardless to what. They do alot of talk and we just listen. It's love. We understand where he trying to take us.
