I'm currently a grad/phD student at Florida State University...so if anyone knows anything about trying to re-install a chapter here at FSU, please let me know b/c I would *love* to help out with it!!!

No such luck, Morgan! They just expanded with Alpha Phi this fall so I don't think they'll be adding another for a long time. Welcome to the board. It's a shame there are no alum chapters around there.
