i dont see it as a problem, as long as you dont eat them.
then again, this goes to show that people will put letters on anything to make a buck.

What's the point of an oreo that you don't eat?? It's just going to go nasty and stale??

This is crazy... i just ran into a guy who drives a lexus with nupemn on his plates with alpha phi alpha plate holders!!!! LMAO wow... isnt there some kinda NPHC law against this?? I felt the urge to kick his car for something like that... and i'm not a member of either org.

I actually think the spongebob is cute. I wouldn't rock it, but I still think it's funny. It's great to have an affilliation with another org, but that phirst pham jacket was a hot ghetto mess!

The Spongebob is a copyright infringement. I'm pretty sure that a Greek shop didn't pay Nickolodeon for the right to use Spongebob's image.

On the spongebob thing, I doubt there would be any lawsuit against the wearer since it's not used as advertising; HOWEVER s4g needs to take that down now because they ARE using it as advertising!
