Exactly why I'm here too!

I didn't want to sit through all that torture if the one you wanted to slap won!

I told one of my coworkers earlier today I would fall out of my chair if it happened that way. I didn't fall out of my chair, but I am incredibly shocked. And incredibly pleased! For the first time in a while I think the best person really got it.

I just downloaded all of his studio performances before they take them off iTunes. (I also got One Republic while I was there, I love that song they performed tonight!!)

Ya know, thanks for the idea. My hubby and I got a $15 itunes giftcard at our wedding (in OCTOBER) that we havent used. Now I finally have something to use it for!

I keep getting bumped out of the AI forums. It's a madhouse over there. Anyone know if something's up with George Michael? I was so thrilled to see him. I absolutely LOVE George Michael. But he looked kind of sickly and his voice was coming and going. I really started to worry. (I think you know what I was thinking.) Is he okay? I think I heard him tell Ryan that he had a cold but not sure.

When Tamyra Gray was voted off, I swore I'd never watch another episode and I haven't so far. I just happened to walk in at 9:59 and see David Cook declared the winner. I'm a little sad, because I've seen the other David sing (a yahoo news vid clip) and I kinda wanted him to win. He's so cute.

Archie's? Can he wipe that smirk off his face for just a moment. AAARRRGHHH I still wanna slap him.

Also--how horrific would that final winning song been if Archie had sung it. My teeth would have rotted out of my skull from the saccharine sweetness of it. Cook gave it a bit o edge at least.

George Michael--looks like his long history of drug use is finally showing on his face. And he did say he had a bad cold. I hope he gets some rest and recovery before his tour--cause starting a tour exhausted and haggard? YIKES.

I am REALLY glad David Cook won. He is the one I wanted out of the Davids... HOWEVER, i can't help but to feel bad for Archie, because I keep thinking that his dad is just beating the crap out of him right now for losing.

I agree... I don't want him to be a singer yet. I want him to go to college, away from his parents where he can just live and find himself. I know that I do not know him or his family or really his life, but I just have this weird feeling that he is going to have a sad life, because he will never meet the expectations of his parents, and he really does not have the voice for mainstream right now. He would of been amazing thirty-forty-fifty years ago, but the only path I see for him right now is an Aaron Carter path, and well, that gets old quick!!!
