Dang...I was thinking the same thing...I think that was a blooper or miswrite!
I'm thinking that Betty (Alfre Woodard) concocted that story just to get the meds to knock whoever that is in the basement out. She and Matthew are creepy!
Sigh...I guess it's time for Bree to be accused of murder. I'm mad about that!
Where is Zach/Dana?

I didn't think of it that way! She could be doing that. We'll see next week, whomever it is breaks out of that closet!

She did. She crushed up the tablets and sprinkled in the person's soup. That is exactly what she got them for, to make the person sleep.

But I still think there may be some truth to the story she told about the abusive husband and him being punished.

That's what I think as well. I think she's trying to "punish" him for killing their other son by keeping him locked up in the basement and keeping him sedated.
And I just gotta say, Gabby...she a mess. She does NOT want to give up that money!

So it's the husband that's locked in the basement?

1. Susan reeeaally needs to get a life!!!
2. Go Bree for packing up the MIL. She needed ta go!
3. Never underestimate Lynnette. She is a woman with a plan. Just mad that she spilled coffee on that woman so she could go watch her son.
4. What is up with John (gabby's jump off) hooking up with the older woman? Ew. Now Gabby sees what it all was for real. Bout time.....
5. Alfre's prisoner looked a mite crazy (understandably) when he burst out of the basement. That was wild...

I loved Bree for packing up the OFFFFFFF and nosy MIL. She was working my nerves. I am, however, still disturbed that she tested positive for being in love with George.
I felt badly for Susan. I know how she feels but I did CTFU when Edie sucked at piano playing.
Felicia looked horrible.
Lynette had me LMAO when she jumped to spill that coffee. Old girl could have avoided burns, dry cleaning bill had she just let Lynette come in late that day.
My theory is the man in the basement is Betty Applewhite's husband who abused her and her 2 sons. ONe of the sons was killed and for that the husband is punished by being chained in the basement. When abusive husband got pistol whipped, I chuckled.
Why does Edie look like such a tramp even in church?

I was like "OH ISHT" when buddy busted through that door from the basement. I rewinded tivo, and he looked kind of young...could it be the other son who "died"....?
Poor Gaby...your boy falls in love with anyone he's stickin' it to! Why isn't Gabby showing? Dang, I forgot she was preggers until last nite.
LOL at Lynette. She had to do what she had to do.
Ewww at Bree and George the pharmacist.

George is so psycho it is not even funny. If he starts hanging with Zach then they all need to run!
I was sad to see Martha Huber's sister going back to Utah. She is the best bad one in the bunch. Her I love, she is so twisted.

I was thinking the same thing, because the husband is just too convenient. It's got to be something totally unexpected.

Pure Comedy:
Mike: Felicia, have you heard from Zach? I know that the two of you were close.
Felicia: Well Mike, since he beat me and threw me down the stairs, we don't keep in touch like we should.
I was rolling when I heard that!!!!
Other points:
-Susan, GET A LIFE!!
-The Basement Man did look kinda young
-Bree, why are you in love with Creepy George?
-Gabby, you finally learned something!!
-John: DON'T YOU DARE COME BACK TO PASSIONS!!!! We don't want you back!!

Okay. . . Andrew is my hero (Well, this week anyhow)!
I think George has been taking some of those pharmaceuticals that he's been dispensing.
