I totally disagree with these two statements, the X-Men movies didn't do her character any justice at all. Mystique in the comics was a leader, the movies portrayed her as a lackey to Magneto.

Agreed, they got some of it right but didn't develop her character well.

I don't think any of the screenwriters read the comics, or didn't give a shit either way. I vaguely remember (in 2000) hearing Bryan Singer say something about not bothering to stay true to the comics because 99% of the target audience had never read an issue. Even so, the guy who played Colossus could have faked a Russian accent and WTF was up with Halle Berry's Storm and Cyclops and Jean being in their mid 30s but iceman being 14???

It still doesn't change the fact that the actress played the part well. It also doesn't change the fact that Mystique is awesome. Pretty much the only two things we were talking about.

Another random thought. After I was done playing GT5, I got caught up in a really interesting documentary about the Andromeda galaxy. They were saying that it's about 2 million light years away from us. One of the things they were talking about was how it would look if we could travel there right now. They also talked about its collision with the Milky Way. That was scary. Some people had different opinions of what they think would happen. I know this is your thing, so what do you think? I'm starting to find this kind of thing interesting, because normally, I wouldn't have watched it. You're rubbing off on me.
ETA: this is good. Now, they're talking about another planet floating around another sun. They said it's 400 light years away. Do you know which one that is?

GT5 is by far the best racing simulator I've ever played. I love Forza for the 360, but it's lacking detail. Both games are pretty much running neck and neck. The 360 background graphics are better, the cars are about equal, but GT5 has much more detail. It has night driving, light flashing, and even the windshield wipers work. You can even turn them off and on, nothing is computer controlled. They even change the oil, and work on the car, and it shows people doing the work. Forza doesn't have that. So far, I haven't seen "damage" like they said it has. I'm thinking I don't have something selected. I called my buddy and he said there is damage in it. Overall, both games are really good, but GT5 gives the racing enthusiast more racing detail. I stayed on that thing for 5 hours last night. I'm really enjoying my vacation.

LOL. I know people who took a week off for WoW: Cataclysm.
Five hours was probably the amount of sleep they got.
