I do remember them moving back to the apartments, and for some reason I feel like they did ok last year during formal recruitment. Maybe I'm mistaken.

They made quota one of the years in the house, they have not made quota since moving back to the apartments, which I find odd. I thought having an apartment block would appeal to women who want to be Greek but don't want to live in a house with 100 other women, share communal bathrooms, etc.

the AOII # is incorrect. It should be 63. I assume this was a mistype during data entry.

Well, ASA certainly screwed this pooch. 🤬 Why we wasted money renting some office when there were empty fraternity houses to be had all over the place, I will never know.

ASA did so well at the start, I was shocked they never tried for a house. Thank God DPhiE snatched up the Tri Delta house. Of course who knows what happens when they wanna come back!

Most of the fraternity houses aren’t fit to live in, yet alone for a sorority. Sigma Kappa is currently in the old kappa sigma house, and one of their members was saying that when it’s hot out, you can still smell beer & urine in the basement.
I’m not sure where sigma kappa will go when kappa sigma comes back.

Is land that hard to come by up there? I know that's the main limit to sorority houses getting built/expanded.

Yes and no. There is land, the university doesn't want to part with it. There are lots on Eagleson Avenue that could potentially be used for a mid-sized chapter house.

I suppose they're saving it for something. Meanwhile, Alabama has had quite a bit of new houses and renovations, but then again membership is massive down there.

Stanford recruitment just wrapped up. I've always wondered, why is recruitment done so late there? Usually spring recruitment is done in January/February.
