Gosh, the GMU frater beat me! I am having supper tonite in Denver with Kevin Pollard, Grand Dollar of TKE. Will convey
greetings. Things could not be better for TKE in Colorado.
We have a big Rush Clinic coming up 19 Jan, too.
Now, where was I?
Congrats, GMU frater, for beating the old codger. YITB, Erik]

I was at Conclave when they were elected, plus I knew where it was hiding in TKE.org. but hey, i know how to take a complement.

i'm sure frater conrad, being on a dinner basis with "the grand dollar" could rattle them off from memory though. myself, i simply consider myself fortunate to have shaken Frater Lon Justice's hand in New Orleans while he was wearing "the grand poo-bah" hat.

What year was it when the last living founder passed away?

Name the national founders, not the founding fathers.

How many times do I have to correct this? He was William Salter Wilson, not William L. Wilson.
I sent this into the Teke Magazine.
Wilson's daughter did the same.
His grandson, a frater from Delta Omega chapter, told me of the
frustrations they had with TKE in getting this right.....
I met Bill Wilson several times and asked him what his middle
name was and he said it was his mother's maiden name and
he never incorporated it into his signature.
Even Dr. William Van "Suits" Muse continued to compound the
error in the TKE pledge manual, and it was again corrected in
the TKE history in progress, edited by Mark Fite.
William Salter Wilson aka William S Wilson
not William L Wilson, William S!
Get it? Got it? Good.
William S. Wilson

The fraternity flag should be displayed half mast when a member passes away,
on the death of Past Grand Prytanis of Grand Officer, and Whenever days or mourning id Declared by IHQ.

I am doing well Tom. How are you doing? If you know the answer go ahead and answer it. The thread is not soley reserved for TKE'S. I would be quite impressed if you know which angle the TKE pin should be wore.

A Moderator on this site, Tom Earp was an undergrad at Pittsburg (KS) State. I was on the faculty + TKE adviser for
Delta Mu chapter (inactive and we need to go back). If we all
had the fraternal poise Tom has we'd all live in real harmony
Tom, the founder, scroll #1, of the Lambda Chi Alpha chapter
at PSU....he'd have made a great Teke, but Lambda Chi got
him first...damn! Please extend him every fraternal courtesy...
Oh, yes, he is a great-great nephew of Wyatt Earp, the famed
western figure. Anticipated that question, as have asked him.
Tom will come to our aid when we need him. I told him to get
his Navy Colts ready to do battle with an anti-Greek nerd or two
at Pittsburg....for TKE needs back...YITB, Erik P Conard--Denver
PS--Tom--look on an IL map for the geographical locations of
the first three TKE chapters, Bloomington Decatur & Champaign
and see what figure they make, and their position. Otherwise,
my lips are sealed....unless you are buying...LOL
