It's generally never a good idea to have yourself photographed with alcohol.

If I have a drink and am about to be in a picture, I'll either put the drink down or drop it down out of the frame. It's just a good practice.

A couple of questions:

Under what conditions would a fraternity or sorority get in trouble for an underage member drinking? There would probably have to be X number of members and in a recognizable location on or near campus? I would find it completely ridiculous if a member, home on a break, who posted pictures drinking with friends of the same age (ie friends since high school) could get his/her fraternity/sorority in trouble.

Second of all, it's been said a million times, Greeks are definitely not the only ones who drink underage. It must be someone from one chapter looking to bring down other chapters or someone who isn't Greek at all.

That said, I am all for exercising discretion in posting pictures on facebook. Fine, take funny drunk pictures so you and your friends can laugh about them, but don't post them online!
