One thing I like - it's not extreme, it's not wacky, it's really common sense. Which, as Voltaire noted, is not so common. I'm interested in tonight's show about cravings - because OH I crave chocolate.

I haven't seen the show, but a friend was telling me about the tapping. Seems it is derived from acupuncture theories. She and her husband tried it, and it worked! I think you tap your cheek right under your eye, then your collarbone, (darn it, I forgot the other places--I'll have to ask her and report back), and then look to the right and then look to the left, both while still tapping the last spot (I think it's your hand right below your thumb). I think that's all. Anyway, you would look pretty silly doing that out in public unless only people who watch the show saw you !!!
