It's pretty common in a big crime like this for "the authorties" to point at someone or group immediately -- sometimes to deflect scrutiny.

Often it's a smokescreen.

I wonder if we will ever know who is really behind this.

In the international quagmire in that part of the world, nothing should surprise us.

Ironically because of this if the elections were held today, PPP would probably win majority with a sympathy vote.

I heard this morning that the PPP elected/appointed her 19 year old son to be their new leader, however since her son is still in college, her husband will assume the responsibilities. Wasn't her husband known for being corrupt?
