mine is under the capbill so u really would never see it...the ones that i dont get are the big giant gold ones on the topside with your hat size on it.

I asked on of my students about the sticker on the baseball caps and he told me that the stickers are there to keep the hat clean. So that when he adjust it or puts it on he always puts his hand on the sticker.
I could see if his hangs were totally dirty, but what about the rest of the hat. I just left it alone, because I was like
