So I heard that Delta Iota made quota...but now everything I've read says no! Any actives know an official count since Bid Day?

Sorry ladies, I messed up the numbers. North Florida pledged 48, which was also quota. One of our new babies is here with me right now!

They extended bids yesterday. Final count not in as not all have responded but looks like 46 or 47 total in new member class. With only 72 members, that's about all they can handle right now. They will COB again in OCt and then the informal recruitment in January. We all expect they will make quota at some point this year. And that will be great....they only have 15 graduating at this point.

This news is so exciting! I really hope they do a piece on Delta Iota in the ANCHORA; I would love to hear more details about their great success and I'm sure many chapters and members would find it inspiring!

Please do let us know, Titchou, when you get the final results.

What's total at UGA?

That I do not know. I'm thinking around 175 or so.

I just got an alum listserv e-mail that said something about our 47 lovely new ladies. Congrats to Delta Iota!

This may just be hearsay, but a couple very good friends of mine have told me that the Delta Gamma chapter at USC has a pledge class of 69 which is considerably over quota...they're really excited about it and have actually had to hire new staff to cope with all the new girls. I met several tonight and they are absolutely incredible...the type of girls that any chapter would kill to get during rush.
