I think Louisiana's congressional delegation needs to sit out of Congress for a few yeas. We need a penalty box or something of that nature.

It's on the news here in FL, but I had to turn it off because the newscaster said 'Madam' as 'Mad Am' - weird pronunciations drive me nuts!
