Eat a big box of chocolates....no seriously, I try not to have those days because I'll feel guilty if i eat anything that's slightly unhealthy.

weights once or twice a week, because no strength (sp?) or mass is added on time 3, areboic, ideally 3 times, but life is not always ideal
