i am a strong 7.5, and feel no need to get much better than that...significant other is a sous chef for a country club! i feel i should stay at my level, that way he gets his moneys worth out of his culinary arts degree!

I would give myself a 6 ! I can cook well enough, but I avoid doing so at all cost.
I'm about to microwave a panini right now!

I'm probably between a 7.5 & an 8. I've been cooking full meals since I was seven, so I know the cordon bleu stuff - I just get lazy and don't do it most of the time.
I can remember my first home ec class, and the teacher asking if anyone knew how to make macaroni & cheese. She called on me, thinking I would say something about the boxed stuff, but I said, "First you make a white sauce..." and I had my A from there on!

What the f**k is your problem? If I've explained it once (in a manner in which you can read and reread it) I've explained it a thousand times...
