My sister bought a sectional from Ashley Furniture, and something broke on the recliner part. They had purchased an extended warranty (two boys under the age of 3) and since it was only a month or two after she bought it, she called to have them replace/repair the broken part. They came out, replaced that section, then told her that her warranty that she
purchased was now void
because she used the warranty.
WTF???

I told her to pull out her warranty paperwork and call the hell out of the people at the corporate office until she gets a true answer because I just can't believe this one! (I don't know if she's followed up or not).
Needless to say, she's spreading the "Don't Shop at Ashley Furniture" warning as well.
