my first two years of college, i lost some weight cause i didnt want to eat. espcially during my second year- it was really rough so i just did not care. and that fact i fell deeply in love with someone. how could i eat?!

I gained about 20 my first semester. I was a varsity rower, and 4 hours of workout every day, followed by a meal with lots of big guys, can add some pounds. I dropped it all weeks after leaving the team.

Looking back, it wasn't until my sophomore year that I noticed I had put on a few extra pounds... which was a good thing since I'm skinny and actually wanted to gain more weight. Anyways, my last two years, I was much busier and always running around, so I went back to my regular weight.

During my junior year, I took a step aerobics class which met twice a week to fulfill some miscellaneous credits. It was great because it actually forced me to get to the gym and I always had tons of energy afterwards. If you have room in your schedule, I would suggest taking some type of athletic class so you can get more in shape while getting credit for it.
