That fumble just about made me sick. I was sitting on the west side and didn't have a good view of it. Most of us thought the player was down. Replay showed otherwise, though.

No, he wasn't down......he was just carrying the ball like a moron. Pretty sure he was trying to switch hands when he fumbled, instead of just tucking the ball and diving into the endzone like any sane human.

See, that's what happens when you sit on the west side - you miss anything that is not facing toward you. It makes me crazy when players switch hands or dangle the football out in front of them hoping to put it over the goal line.

I'm not putting down Austin. I think it's a great town and have been there numerous times. I think the university is a bigger impact on Austin than Ohio State is on Columbus overall, though -- simply because of Columbus' size.

Actually if you would have read my posts you would have seen that I gave OSU alot of credit. Do I think the game would have been quite different if we didn't have to suspend one of the best CB's in the nation? Absolutely.

I thought the game was very close....much closer than the score indicated. This was in no small part due to our two costly turnovers...which pretty much killed us.

Sore loser...not at all. Ohio State is a damn good team.

.....yes...I can't wait for the A&M game, always a good time, and always fun beating your mediocre butts.

huh?

if you think Texas got a beatdown, just wait till OSU gets their hands on UM. 68 days and counting until Michigan's destruction...again.

I think we're really jumping the gun on the OSU thing. I think they are a good team with a good shot at the title, but its way too early. I mean lets think this out, how good is Texas? We have no idea. I generally like Texas, but how many times have we seen teams get inflated with big early season wins, only to have that win be over a #20 team rather than a top 5 one later in the year. I'm not discrediting Texas, I hope they turn out to be a good team, but at this point everything is based on paper from the beginning of the year. Also, people are heralding this Notre Dame game as some indication that ND is the real deal. I'm gonna let you in on a secret, PSU is not good. They didn't look good against ND's mediocre defense, and its ridiculous that they're still in the top 25 based solely on a preseason ranking that had no hard evidence backing it. So basically I'm saying that theres no clear path to anything yet. OSU could lose to Michigan, hell they could lose to Iowa. They are far from unbeatable. Even moreso, ND WILL lose to Michigan on Saturday. I'm praying that ND, USC and OSU all lose, so that nobody gets screwed...cough, 2004, cough.
