A newer service that is in the process of being developed is ChapterConnect.com. The site is not free, but offers many services that you will not have using yahoo groups or facebook.

Go to ChapterConnect.com to read a little more about their services. They cater specifically to Greek organizations so it is much more personalized than a yahoo or facebook, and they don't have ads popping up all over the place which makes the site very simple and easy to navigate.

We use Google groups, and also, our webmaster added a "send message to all active brothers" option to our chapter website.
