I know my chapter destroys everything from MS materials to applications. Panhellenic has a list of girls we can contact for COB if girls wthdraw or are cut so there's no need to keep that stuff.

I *think* DG keeps the sponsorship forms of the girls who pledge/initiate, and sends them to EO. I say this because I've emailed EO to see who sponsored me (I went through a colonization)

UCFPNM, yes many of us keep recs on the women we pledge.

I wouldn't presume to be an authority on KD. I hope you won't either.

And if a PNM goes through recruitment multiple times, she should secure a new rec each time.
