Of course it counts! It's in the Olympics - heck, even curling is in the Olmpics. (Waits for a curler to come in and tell me how athletic the sport of curling is)

- if you had the chance to meet your favorite author, who would it be and what book would you have that author autograph?

- if you came into a large sum of money where you would never have to work, would you volunteer and what type of volunteer work would you choose?

1. Unfortunately, she just passed away in February, but I would have asked poet Barbara Guest to sign Forces of Imagination: Writing on Writing .

2. I would use my riches to start a retreat center where kids and adults could come to take classes in the arts, as well as get tutoring in literacy, communications, etc. And yes, I would volunteer my time there.

MY QUESTIONS:
1. What's your favorite childhood memory?
2. What do you wish you could be doing at this very moment?

1) favorite childhood memory would have to be Girl Scout camp...I spent a couple weeks every year at camp Redwing in PA, and it was seriously my slice of heaven.
2) Umm...I'd like to be in Glasgow, walking the West Highland Way and going swimming in the loughs.

Mine:
1) If you could go to any university (money not an object), where would you go?
2) If you had no motorized transportation, how would you get to work?

1. I'd want to go to Yale.

2. I'd ask someone else with motorized transportation to take me.

Mine:

1. If you could have a lifetime supply of food from any restaurant, which one would it be?

2. If you could trade hair with any celebrity, who would you choose?

when lauren hill had those beautiful dreadlocks... maybe I would sport those for a day.

- if you had the chance to be in a different ethnic group for maybe three days, which one would you explore?

- how do you unwind after work?

lay on the couch and watch television for a few hours, drinking a soda

What one event in your life has led you towards or astray from God?

Have you ever given up something you desired because it wasn't good for you?
