It's tricky because when I vote on a potential candidate I will consider their personalities and how it will affect the dynamics of the chapter. Yes my sorors are supposed to be professional and be able to put things aside to get business done, but why initiate someone who will potentially or inevitably bring drama to the chapter.
Can't say yes or no it really depends on the situation. I was initiated into a pretty small chapter so the potential tension will be more of a concern to me than to another soror who is in a big chapter where the two may never have to work together.
personally I prolly would vote No for a girl who malliciously did something to me in the past (again it depends on what it was but the mallicious part is what counts)- simply because it's not sisterly. Nobody wants a sister like that
