Last night's immunity challenge was intense

I'm kinda glad Misty went home, but I will agree about Ruth Marie not looking so good - her face looked very gaunt last night during TC.

Anyone still watching?

Do you think Terry can "win out" the immunities and keep the hidden idol a secret?

Is anyone else wanting to wipe the smug a** looks off of four of the Casaya members (Cirie and Ar as excluded)?

ETA: I had to space out the letters for him because the board took it to be a dirty word

I think he has a good chance. Ar as was his biggest competition. Cirie isn't going to win any challenges. I think his biggest competition is Danielle. Danielle and Bruce definitely know he has the idol. I don't know why Bruce hasn't said "Yes he has it, he showed it to me" to the rest of his tribe. Casaya doesn't seem too bright as a whole. But, if he makes it to the Final 2, will they vote for him to win the million? I would have to respect someone who won so many immunity challenges and vote for him, but will they just go along with their original alliances when it gets to that point? Will they be smart enough to realize that he will get to choose who leaves the week he uses the hidden idol if they don't vote for one of their own the week he doesn't win immunity?

I like the hidden immunity idol twist... although this pagonging is getting old after this many years. They can't seem to find a way to get them out of that. I can't believe they haven't gotten rid of Shane yet.

the hidden idol is not a secret anymore since terry showed it.

1. terry should not have showed the real idol. what he should have done was make one from rocks/twigs/hair or whatever to make it look like its the real deal.

2. then, in front of the others, he should have given the made-up idol to the girl who got booted last night to make it look like she would be safe because terry gave her the "idol."

3. as a result, the 6 from the other team would be voting between themselves as to who to send home.

am i making sense? lol

You are making sense and that would have been a good strategy. I think though, that Casaya would've been ok with Ar as going home. They don't seem to hang with him much and he and Bruce never bonded.

Ooooh!!! That would have been a good one. Yeah, Casaya doesn't seem that bright. And I so agree...why haven't they punted Shane yet? He reminds me of some skeletal, drugged out, Tommy Lee'esque anorexic.

Cirie is really starting to grow on me. At first, when she was freaked out by the "leaves", I was thinking, PUH-LEEZE...you knew you were going on Survivor, not Big Brother!!! But actually, I really like her. I was laughing so hard when she had to examine Shane's 'nads. OMG...ROTFL!!!

I also like Terry...he reminds me a bit of Tom the Fireman who won a few Survivors ago (Palau).

I think they all hate Shane so much that they plan to take him to the final two. Who would vote for Shane to win the million?

if they are that "close" as a group, then they might want to take terry to the final two because then he/she would have all the votes from their tribe members.

I watn Cirie to win now. Terry's like that one guy (maybe last season or the one before) who was just too good. I'd like someone less obvious to win.

Shane and Courtney annoy me to no end.
I can't see Karate or whatever guy going too much further either...

Oh! Poor Bruce! As a fellow martial artist, I was rooting for him. He was my absolute favorite. I hope he's going to be alright.

I'm surprised that the Survivor staff didn't intervene a little earlier. They're just lucky that Bruce didn't die. Blockages like that are VERY serious! As would have been a ruptured appendix.

Bummer. Just hope he's OK.

I felt so bad for Bruce as he was lying in pain - I hope everything worked out so he could return to the jury.

It was so bad, but I had to laugh at Shane - "Does it have to be NOW?"

I'm still rooting for Terry, just because he's the "underdog" in this game now, and Cirie and Ar as are the only two that I can tolerate from "Casaya" (newsflash, people, Casaya is no more )

I'm guessing that they were monitoring him more closely than they showed on TV but make it look like that was the first time he was looked at. I hope he can make it back to be on the jury.

It bought Terry an extra 3 days without having to use his Immunity Idol though.

The challenge did a good job of revealing the true alliances and got them to realize that they have to start turning on each other soon. They were too cocky during that previous IC where 5 of them chose to eat instead.
