Sounds like she has cairns or scotties. They are most likely not used to her leaving them for long periods of time. You could suggest two options after telling her they bark. 1) Tell her that separation anxiety is very common in terriers and that she should consult with her vet about possibly placing them on medication for anxiety and 2) Tell her she could also try something called Dog Appeasing Pheromones. It sounds like separation anxiety to me.DAP

 | Yes, Tom. If something annoys us, let's just shoot it in the ass. I am so sure that the dog will understand what you are trying to accomplish.

A Short Statement Has Offered Lotsa Excitement.

I agree with Tippiechick - I was going to suggest either aversion therapy, or (I'm not making up this name!) Sock Puppet's Chill Pills. They're like tranquilizers for dogs, only over the counter.

 | When I saw them at the store, I laughed right out loud! I'm sure everyone thought I was crazy!

Sock Puppet also makes doggie breath strips & other doggie things.

I went to go talk to her yesterday but she wasn't home. In fact, she hasn't been home in 2 days. She does sales so I guess she's out of town on business a lot. I'm hoping that she has someone feed and walk the dogs while she's gone! So, last night was another night of hearing them.
