That is great! Did you tie it, machine-quilt or hand-quilt it? How do you mount a picture onto the message to be put on the forum?

Tied it.

You have to host pictures online to post them. I use a paid account at photobucket.com because I have a lot of photos, but there are a number of sites you can use. Once you have the picture hosted online you can use the [img] tags to put it in a post.

Pretty much how alum posted. I cut and squared the t-shirts into 15x15" squares using a quilting rule and rotary cutter. I cut them an 1" bigger than I wanted them to be so I could have 1/2" seam allowance. I cut and squared the red strips 5" wide and the same length as my t-shirt squares and the gray squares 5." Then I ironed fusible interfacing onto the t-shirts to keep them from stretching. Once I had those done, I laid out the design on the floor and pinned it together in rows across. I sewed each piece of the row together and then sewed the rows together to make the top. I sandwiched the top, batting and backing inside out to sew the quilt together (which I would not do again. I would safety pin and then tie the quilt before doing a binding) and then I tied it.

Okay, y'all have inspired me to get out my shirts that I have been keeping and actually do something with them. I have planned on doing it, but have never gotten around to it. They shirts are just cluttering up my closet! Thanks for the inspiration!

I had one that I made from old camp and high school shirts. So did my best friend. I don't think it's wierd.

I just finished one for a recent KD from Mizzou. 18 shirts in a 4x5 grid with the 2nd and 4th row skewed. Very cute!
