Does the fact that I switched from Democrat to Republican make me a hypocrite too (or better yet, the fact that I switched from a Socialist ideaology to a Libertarian one)?

Exactly! The fact that Senusret and company would revive a 7 year old thread just to make a moot point and create some sort of hollow victory in their minds about me is what I find interesting.

It depends on why you were Socialist or Democrat in the first place.
It could be that you just changed your mind about a certain topic or changed how you look at your social world, in general.
But it is certainly humorous when people act like something is the devil and then suddenly it is not just because they've had some conversations or done some research. Instead of just admitting you don't know everydamnthing there is to know and couldn't cast judgment in the first place. Learning and positive change are great but folks shouldn't act surprised or attacked when others call them out on how they used to be.

We don't give pass cards for stupidity. Rainman (which you will always be to me) you really should have kept your mouth SHUT(ahem, discretion) if you were really trying to be down with the NPHC, as MOST of us always suspected.
