How do you convince University to allow Fraternity Expansion

Slandering is only valid if the statements are not true; I was only answering a question put to me about underlying problems. I did not openly offer the information. I know political maneuvering can be hampered by stating the obvious when it is negative attributes that need to be corrected. We all have chapters that need improvement. This chapter needs improvement in the areas I have mentioned. I have been involved with GLO's a very long time and I can recognize one in need of improvement.
