I didn't have time to look for it and tried to find it on Amazon.com but suspect that a newer edition is out and I just don't recognize it. At any rate, there are a number of books at Amazon.com. I know that mine was very much an intro level book and it was helpful. Sorry that I couldn't help with an actual title.
