I think Betiment, Devine, and Farnsworth will get better.

I do agree about Devine - I'm not so sure about Betemit, but not because of talent. Betemit is only 24, he took big strides in OBP this season (.361, in like 280 ABs), and even a little power (SLG .460, for a respectable .800 OPS although in VERY protected ABs). The problem is he's effectively blocked, unless they move him back to SS and let Furcal walk - and the team isn't sold on his defense in the 5, not to mention the 6. Marte/Jones block him at 3b (and he might not have enough pop), and Giles at 2B - not even mentioning the crowded outfield. He could be a VERY solid bargaining chip for a young pitcher, though. I'm sure the Braves FO will figure something out.
Farnsworth is 29, and although he improved his control a little, you pretty much know what you're getting with him - a great K pitcher, who is very inconsistent and somewhat injury-prone.

I'm not sold on Francouer as a monster prospect, although I really think he'll be a solid OF - he just reminds me too much of a Rocco Baldeli-type, a guy who shreds bad pitching in the minors and will have to recreate himself in the majors. His defense is absurd, though, so even doing something like .270/.310/.460 would make him a solid contributor.
