I understand why you wouldn't want your sorority's name mentioned anywhere near this incident, but it doesn't reflect badly on Alpha Sigma Alpha. Rather, good for them for getting rid of some obvious troublemakers.

The problem is the reporting on some news stories hasn't been the best and they make it sound like the whole chapter turned in their charter and turned into SKO. Or that the chapter had their charter revoked because of hazing. I already had to correct stophazing.org on this. So it's easier if they just don't mention ASA, period.

here when this was on the news at first, they just said, sko sorority. they didn't state whether it was a local or national. then they started throwing in that the women were all former members of asa. they definately made it sound like the chapter had closed completely and the former members all created sko.
