And a question: why is the Beta info separated into 2 websites (National site and Beta Journal)? This is confusing and frustrating. Put everything on ONE site to make it easier for prospective and current members trying to access info.
The information which is found on the Beta Journal website and what is considered "BSP members only" information. The International website is the general website for the public who is interested in finding out about BSP even though it is lacking in information.

I've contacted BSP twice for information, with no real answers. Once they said they would pass my info onto a local chapter, and the second time I got no response at all. I'm wondering if it's even worth it to keep trying...it sounds like an awesome organization, and I know there are at least 2 chapters around me, but I just don't feel like anyone is listening. What do you guys advise?

Get on their asses.

Call 1-888-BETA-2-B-1 and email membership@betasigmaphi.org

The chapter could possibly be the hold up in contacting you. Whats the age range of the chapter? If you're a different age, they might not be comfortable with contacting you.

If you feel adventurous (sp) ask about Friendly Venturing. We all can help you as much as we can to start one!

The website is a HUGE problem. Most younger women spend a lot of time on the computer searching for anything and everything, and to see the site that International has now makes me not tell anyone about it. It is horrible, most links don't work, things are sooooo outdated it's pathetic.
