The oldest one--can't think of her name. She MIPed in one of the DC alumnae chapters, two years ago I believe.
To be very honest, there isn't a famous person I wish was a Delta that isn't already. But there is at least one I wish wasn't - LOL.

Caesar...
Yeah, that was a great idea! Julius Caesar!
Thomas Jefferson and George Washington would be nice...
Ulysses S. Grant definitely...
Some are connected to a (our) 'mother organization", but yeah...
We have so many dang famous and/or prominent people - it's hard to complain... Any more and ... well...

Are you referring to Venus? She has a degree?

I'm very proud to say that several of our renowned music professors are Tau Delta alumnae!
I wish that I could claim my favorite art history professor, but she's allready claimed by Theta Nu ! Go figure, a Greenwhich Girl becoming an art professor...when your motto is "Artes Honorabit" (she shall honor the arts)...
I would like to have Sally Ride and Amber Neben as TD alumns too. Although Neben might have been in a GLO...she went to Univ. of Nebraska before becoming a kick ass cyclist.

No. There were two older than Venus and Serena. One was killed recently--remember. This is the eldest one.

Yetunde Price was her name before she was killed in 2003, but there are like five sisters total, including Yetunde so if we are gonna collect em we got FOUR more to get. I think Venus and Serena are the babies of the group.

oh, okay. as for Venus and Serena, aren't they Jehovah's Witnesses? i've read they were raised that way and JWs don't do the greek-thing. that being the case, no one will have them as Honorary members.

They were raised JW but there are a whole host of things they have done that are in a bit of contradiction with the faith, from my knowledge of it which is limited I'll admit, so it could be a down the line thing for them but you may be right as well.

ROTFL
I hope it doesn't conflict with his membership in the Stonecutters.

Ditto on that front. I guess to me it doesn't matter if you have famous members or not if they don't do anything for the organization.

You two just enjoy sucking the fun out of EVERYTHING, don't you?
lake -- If some organization can fake-claim Betty Crocker, I think we should be able to claim Nancy Drew. I know Ned Nickerson was in a fraternity, at least in the earlier books -- did it ever have a name?
