Yes, but if I'm reading the original post correctly, these are NM pins (not badges). I know for my own org, the individual member does NOT purchase these, therefore they do not belong to them and the member has no right to sell them. Ours have to be purchased by the chapters.

If he's selling NM pins in large quantity (i.e. that chapters could purchase for their supply), then the argument could be made that the manufacturer is losing money and they should want to do something about it.

But yes, our NM pins are a dime a dozen and really not worth much. I wish I still had mine for sentimental reasons, but one on ebay is not going to mean the same thing. We have bigger "fish to fry" when it comes to our jewelry.
