Saw the same kind of thing on another billboard:

"Paris Hilton is now engaged to her boyfriend Paris Latsis. Hilton feels most comfortable with Latsis because it doesn't seem awkward when she's having sex with him and she calls out her own name."

I'm not saying you're wrong (somehow I can totally see someone as egotistical as Paris pulling that!), though Rolling Stone magazine recently quoted Paris Hilton as saying:
"I'm not a sexual person, really. I don't really care about sex. If I'm in a relationship, we don't even do anything, really. We just watch TV. I'm too lazy. I'd rather kiss."

Also amusing was that Pamela Anderson was recently quoted as saying the following about Paris Hilton:
"Last time I met her we were in a restaurant together - she slammed the menu down and screamed, 'I hate reading! Someone tell me what's on the menu!' I mean, I'm blonde but c'mon."

Gotta love those multimillionaires.

I'd love to see what kind of contest this becomes between her and Nicole Ritchie (wonder if the engagement was "hurried along" because Nicole got engaged?).

And how do you know he's the one if you are too lazy to do anything together but watch TV? Wait...I guess that depends on the criteria you have for "The One"....
