I don't agree.
If you're a very new member of a fairly large chapter (I consider 75 fairly large) and weren't aware you've been on "double secret probation" for umpteen years, yes, I can see being surprised and shocked. Not everyone is Suzy Sorority who knows every single thing that's going on in the chapter.
Like I said, I would really like to know what their actual, true number of members was since we're getting so many conflicting stories. If low membership was also an issue, then Theta should have stated that also and not just the discipline angle.
