Oh I didn' t know that!!

It's sooo sad when someone is killed so needlessly. I do hope that the driver is caught and prosecuted to the fullest extend!

I have read several articles about this and they are finding more and more things out about this accident. First, Ashley was a passenger and the Jeep she was in was hit on the driver second. Second, they have found that the man who left the scene of the crime actually had the right-of-way. Not that this information makes the accident any less sad.

Yep, the one article I read pointed all of this out (it sounded as if she could have been in the back seat, thus she still could have been sitting on the driver's side.) But when I read which vehicle had the right of way it made me wonder even more why that driver left the scene. Alcohol, drugs, here illegally????

Just letting you know that the suspect in the hit and run was caught. After the accident he fled to Delaware and was using a fake name. More info can be found at http://www.idsnews.com/subsite/.
