Well, the bad manager is gone completely. He lost all motivation for our business. Stopped making sales calls and started interviewing for other jobs during work time. He asked me what the firing process was like on Mon. I thought he was just afraid he was going to get fired. Yesterday he gave the GM his notice - 3 days.......told her his last day would be Fri. She came in this morning and told him he was done today...........
