Yes, exactly. Once someone used the word "Oriental" incorrectly around one of my sisters (who is Vietnamese), and she got MAD!!! She was like "DO I LOOK LIKE A RUG TO YOU?" I was trying not to crack up, because she was doing the whole head bobbing/weaving thing (like the "Oh, NO you didn't!" head bob/weave thing) when she was saying it.

I will admit it, much to my mother's and about 90% of the worlds dismay I definetly am more attracted to black men than anything else. Being a white woman, this can sometimes lead to problems.

Our skit for homecoming my sophomore year was called "We're all scarlet on the inside". I had no idea at the time what that meant, and obviously no one else in my sorority did either b/c I don't think the boys would have gotten away with it otherwise. Oh well.
