I think a definition of rogue state would be a country that is not recognized. For example if I took over Hati and renamed it to MYCOUNTRY. Or how the Chinese view Taiwan.

I could be be wrong.
The word "rogue state" or "rogue nation" is the buzzword to use in gub'ment and media... we don't wanna call 'em out-and-out terrorist states or - God forbid - "The Main Enemy" Much like "suspect" has been PC-ified into "person of interest".

I wouldn't trust the Saudis with a 10-foot pole... they're teetering on the brink of a civil war; the current caretaker of the Saudi royal family hates Americans. They're absolutely scared shitless over what's happening in Iraq - if it works they could be next. Iran still wants to stick it to us since 1979. Pakistan's intelligence service (the ISI) really is the shadow government that runs the place.

I still say we nuke 'em all and let the fallout fall where it may!

Let's face it guys... YOU LOST! Twice now the US has had to bail out you cheese-eatin' surrender monkeys - the next time, we ain't gonna be generous!

Maybe its because the WTC was in my neighborhood. Or maybe its because it was the first time in American History that American civilians were successfully targeted on American soil, as part of a massive attack. Or maybe its because it was executed by a group that has attacked the U.S. before, and wants to attack the again (and specifically where I live) with nuclear weapons.

Thats my fascination with 9-11.

And 9-11 does make a difference. It changed everything. The U.S. had absolutely no input with Pakistan before 9-11. Now that we're allies, the U.S. does have the ability to dictate every single term of how Pakistan operates. To think so is pure fantasy.

In every war, alliances of convenience are made. FDR established an alliance with Stalin. Stalin's USSR was far worse than the Pakistan of today. We did not get to dictate how the USSR behaved.

Does anyone really believe that the Bush administration is just looking the other way? No one on GC can really answer that question, becuase no one on GC knows what is going on in diplomatic channels. Personally, I think that its ridiculous to think that the U.S. is doing nothing, and its also ridiculous to believe that Pakistan will do 100% of what the U.S. wants. Its absolutely absurd to think that any details of any possible diplomatic talks would be made public.

Has Pakistan behaved in a highly unethical way? Absolutely. What would you do if you were President?

Listen, we've already gone over this. You constantly keep trying to draw me into these little fights where I show everyone that you're not the brightest bulb out there.

You also keep putting out BS lies and false facts to try and get me to seem a certain way.

But then again an RACooperism would be threatening to kill someone, lying, making up facts, and then making comments to get called a racist and anti-semite in real life, so I'd rather make a Rudeyism.

Big difference back then... there's just something about the French Fifth Republic that just gets my goat.

Yeah, I occasionally channel a Rudey-ism or two, but I hafta defer to the Man Himself.

I feel like I'm in a spy movie.
(cue The James Bond Theme as background music)

Doctor No: I am a member of SPECTRE...
James Bond: SPECTRE?
Doctor No: SPECTRE - Special Executive for Counterintelligence, Terrorism, Revenge [and] Extortion. The four great cornerstones of power, headed by the greatest brains in the world.
James Bond: Correction - criminal brains.
Doctor No: The succesful criminal brain is always superior - it has to be.

Morzeny (giving Rosa Klebb the 'nickel tour' of SPECTRE Island): I hope our work here meets with your approval.
Klebb: Training is useful, but there is no substitute for experience.
Morzeny: I agree... we use live targets as well!

James Bond: Do you expect me to talk?
Goldfinger: No, Mister Bond, I expect you to die!

James Bond: It even has my number on it.
M: Precisely!
James Bond: Obviously, it's useless as a bullet. I mean, sir, who would pay a million dollars to have me killed?
M: Jealous husbands! Outraged chefs! Humiliated tailors! The list is endless!
