Out of curiousity, has anyone ever poked a cute boy? My friend said that one of her friends got a date that way.

Within the past week, I made a Global DG group...I think most of you have found it, but if not, you need to join:

How cool is it that you made that group WhiteDaisy! Question: I'm not incredibly facebook savvy - if I join then won't it appear in my list of groups? - which would be a recruitment infraction... I feel like someone told me that in protected groups that are invite only, only members can see the link in groups. Does that make any sense? I have no idea whether or not it's true... help anyone?

Yeah, it will appear in your list of groups. I have not heard about having your affiliation in your facebook account as a rush infraction...that seems pretty strict unless you are a recruitment guide. I don't want to make it hidden because I think it's great that the world can see how stong DG is internationally. Plus, then I'd have to invite members - and that would be uber hard to keep us growing.

oh, well, hmm, I know it's an infraction at Georgia to make any referance to your sorority affiliation on Facebook from May 1st through recruitment. (Notice how we all referance "my sorority" in our interests/activities instead of Delta Gamma or any chapter here really. There's even a group called "I'm in a sorority?") You can list it during the school year of course. But then, I saw some of my chapter sisters in your group... maybe they know something about going invisible that I don't? All the same, I'll wait until bid day to join! (but will be stalking it until then- the pictures you've posted are adorable!)
