I think the only negative ads I've seen daily, is on the New York Times by Kerry. But then again, that's just my experience and I don't watch the television as much and I'm in Chicago which isn't exactly being fought over.

They really aren't airing them down there, but they're CRAZY up here - all my Chicago friends were glad to go home for fall break and get away from the ads for a while.

The ads here are OOC. Completely. There's a million of them on every day and they're awful. The ads for house and senate candidates are pretty terrible, and the ones for some ballot issues regarding amendments to the state constitution are so out of line I can't even stand to watch them.

Its not really airing the commericals because even here we dont see much on them , what we see mostly is initative commericals. What we see and hear is a lot of nasty soundbites in the news and not really presidential commericals

and I also agree with the fact that every election yr seems to get longer and longer........i mean the political bashing gets old after a while and you just want to vote to end it already!

Maybe it's because I don't watch a whole lot of TV, but I haven't seen a Bush OR Kerry ad in a long time.

The only ads I have been seeing are local/state ads for various measures. I think I see Yes and No on 68/70 ads in the same commercial break now.
