You're the one in my business lol! Why are you even posting over here..you're not adding anything of substance to the conversation...shoo fly!

There was no scare tactic in that article I could find. Are you trying to say that black people never picked cotton?
LOL! no i'm not trying to say black people never picked cotton...look at the picture Sensuret posted

What I am saying is that you don't throw around the term "picking cotton" just to advance your agenda. (lets not even talk about what would happen if those racist Republicans did it ) Jesse Jackson appeals to ignorant people who don't have a good grasp on the issues. A surface reading of the article won't see what Jackson is trying to do, but ask yourself this question...why even bring up picking cotton? Ask yourself why he'd throw that in there. It wasn't an off the cuff remark...Jesse doesn't roll like that. The implications are as subtle as the liberal bias in the media..but for the independent thinkers out there..I think you can see what Rev. baby daddy Jackson is trying to accomplish here.

Are you serious? When I see an ignorant mischaracterization or generalization made by ANYONE that I feel calls for attention, I will comment on it. That, obviously, is the reason you would start a thread on a public forum. (unless, of course, there is some reason you would post an article and not expect someone to read it and comment. In which case, I repeat, you have some personal issue to ponder)

I believe that commenting on the "substance" of the article that YOU pointed out is adding something of substance, but I guess your view is that if it isn't a comment that is in agreement with your opinion, it isn't adding anything of substance. Funny, that is what you accuse everyone else of doing!

Or when Yosemite Sam said it all those times in the Bugs Bunny cartoons. Who knew that Warner Bros. was trying to tell us all those years that we're the indentured servants of a little animated cowboy with a huge red moustache.
