I worked two jobs through most of college. I worked at the campus switchboard on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 am- 4pm. That was the perfect job. NOBODY calls the switchboard on Sat or Sun morning, so I would rest my head on the desk and doze until a call came in then. I also worked in the Dining Commons during dinner a few days a week. I maintained the freshman salad bar (the worst job, reserved for the newest employees), then moved to pots and pans. I had a blast on pots and pans and worked with some really cool Lambda Chis. The soup pots were so big that they would lift me up and put me in the pot to scrub it, then pull me back out to rinse. It was a riot! I could also do homework while at the switchboard. Then I got a job working in a group home for closed head injury patients on afternoon shift and did that a couple days a week while working at the switchboard. I quit the Dining Commons then.

He gave me a spray to keep my throat & vocal chords wet, and told me that, each time I felt the beginnings of dry mouth, use the spray. He did NOT tell me that the spray was almost all alcohol!
The next day was a big day of tours - eight of them, each an hour long. The first tour was fine, but I had to hit the spray a couple times during the second. By the fourth tour, I was spraying my throat between each room (22 rooms!).
I remember during the fifth & sixth tour, instead of the graceful sweep of the arm that we were to use to indicate the ceiling, I was basically flopping my arm skywards, and leaning on the lecturn. By the seventh tour, I was having to think which room I was in, and actually sat down for the last few rooms. I have no memory of the last tour!
I somehow managed to get back to the house, and sprawled onto the bed. My roomie came in and said, "Honey, aren't you supposed to be parking cars tonight?" I looked up at both of her and said, "Oh, Ellen, I don't think I should drive tonight..."
The best part was, my supervisor got several letters about my tours, including a few checks for tips, saying what a wonderful tour guide I had been - "So much fun and yet so knowledgable!"!

I have two jobs, and I used to have 3!
my one job is full-time, but very flexible. I can come in very early if I know I need to leave early. As long as I get my work done, they are happy! The second job I have I can do on my own time at home, and I have one weekly meeting I need to attend, which I am able to set at 6pm on a weekday night. I also used to teach a prep class for Kaplan, which I might do again. The classes started at 6 too, so there wasn’t a problem getting to the class from my normal job.

I'm working two jobs now. One at a hotel on the beach and another waitressing and bartending at night. The night job pay is great because old drunk men tip really well.

I worked concurrent with full time school, internships and being a sorority officer. It was hell. I graduated with a 3.5, but looking back, I wish I'd had a better plan to pay for college before.
I agree with everyone. Get one job that pays well, instead of two that make you crazy.
