Any of the MTV news anchors, and I'd like to say Elisabeth Rohm from Law & Order but she doesn't even have enough personality to be obnoxious.

Oh, and whoever said Kathy Griffin, I agree. Why is this woman on television and not restocking the ibuprofen at CVS?
