I just have to share my 21 birthday experience....
Earlier this week I had made some plans to spend my birthday with two of my sorors. We planned to go to dinner and then hit up a club later that night. It wasnt a BIG plan but I was excited nonetheless to spend quality time with my two fav. sorors. Well around 8pm, my sorors called me and said they wouldnt be able to make it. One was traveling from Columbus, Ohio and she said that she couldnt make it because of car trouble. 30mins later, my other soror told me that she couldnt make it because she was sick. So of course at this time I was really upset with my sorors and quite depressed because I had no plans for my birthday.
To make matters worse I hadn't heard from any of my Sands all day to wish me a Happy Birthday. So Im sitting in my apartment upset, shedding a few tears, and finding something to do with someone for my birthday. (I was getting depressed yall) Everyone I called was either busy or not home. Finally around 9pm the phone rings and its one of my Sands (my ace). She calls and wishes me a Happy Birthday and then invites me to her house for cake and ice cream. It wasnt big plans but I figure it would be better than sitting in the house by myself. I went over to her house and when she open the door the house was dark, she then turned on the lights and guess what.... Yep you guessed it...All my friends, sorors, sands, Greek bruhs and sisters and my family were there yelling "SURPRISE!!!" I couldnt believe it, I then saw my soror from Columbus, OHio and she winked at me and said "You know I was coming to celebrate with you." GC, I cried my eyes out the whole night. It was the best Birthday celebration I ever had. I was soo surprised!!!

GAMMA NU CHAPTER BABY!! Im still celebrating the whole weekend. Tonight we are going out to "really" celebrate my 21!!!
