Always been a big fan of "keep it simple stupid" because you never know how intelligent you or your bartender will be by the end of the night
Beer - quality Ales, Stouts, cold as I don't go in for the warm crap.
Scotch - single malt
Rye & Ginger - whisky/scotch + ginger ale (popular in Canada and Scotland)
Gin & Tonic - tastes good, and hits hard if done in doubles
Ceasar (spicy) - um Vodka, Tomato Juice, Worstershire sauce, tabasco sauce, and salted rim.
