I had to take these little black iron pills and they were hard for me to swallow.

Every month I get ridiculously tired and light-headed so I don't do much.
It took me years to feel completely well after mono and anemia. I really think that it made me more susceptible to colds and strep throat and bronchitis which I had about two dozen times in the three or four years following mono. I also had to take black triangular iron pills which took a while to get used to. I hope that you get well.

Woo Hoo Iron Popper Pill People! My favorite is when I turn ghost white and freak out my coworkers. Not really but it is fun to see them freak when we get new people that's not aware that I have iron dropping attacks from mine.

I was borderline anemic since high school and it got worse in college when I pretty much stopped eating meat. I take a multi-supplement and force myself to eat red meat twice a week.
