I was guessing the majority of people who found this funny wound be...ahem...people like Chris Tucker in Friday.

Each joke was defnitely hit-or-miss, but I found it to be relatively funny, not as good as Old School, but beter than Anchorman.

I may be comparing apples to oranges, but they are all comedies.....

It's a fast food chain that makes tiny square burgers (the picture below is about life size). I think it's bigger on the east coast.

We used to have a White Castle, but it closed. The frozen ones just aren't the same.

I hate most White Castle food but I've got to agree on the chicken rings. Their onion rings aren't too bad either. And they've got good mozzarella cheese sticks.

One guy is a banker from what I hear and the other is following his dad's footsteps to med school.

How can I not love that? Plus one of the screenplay writer's was from my school.

"The movie's screenplay is by 26-year-old roommates Hayden Schlossberg and Jon Hurwitz, best friends from their high school days in Randolph, N.J. Though familiar with the business end of a bong, the filmmakers are certainly high achievers. Hurwitz, a finance major at the University of Pennsylvania, planned on becoming an investment banker. Schlossberg, a history major at University of Chicago, was going to be a lawyer. But in their senior year they sold a screenplay, and to Hollywood they moved"

We don't have White Castle in Texas ( or in NC ), so I have to ask: what is a chicken ring?? It sounds sort of icky....

Does anyone know if White Castle is the same as Krystal down South?

Krystal does the small square burger thing too.

Are they owned by the same people, or what?

The secret ingredient in "sliders" is liver pate...steamed with onions.

It is an acquired taste. When I was a kid, the first place we would go when visiting my grandparents was White Castle , cause they were only available near my parents hometown.

Last time I visited my parents, my dad took the boys to WC and my youngest son is hooked!

Krystal & White Castle are rivals! I'm not sure if they are owned by the same people but their food is similar. Krystal has some rockin' french fries compared to White Castle's! We have several Krystals & White Castles in Kentucky but I have noticed the farther south I go the less White Castles I see!

I liked it. I mean it wasn't the greatest movie ever but it's a movie that several groups can connect to. 2nd generation Americans and people like that will connect to it. A lot of investment bankers can connect to how Harold felt. A lot of kids who had doctors as parents can connect to it.

I guess I saw it just as a fun movie. Oscar worthy? No. DVD worthy? Very much.

--Follow the movie up with a couple hits and burgers.
